Marvel Takes A Stab At ‘Twilight’ And ‘New Moon’ In This Week’s ‘What The–?!’

You can't escape it. "Twilight Saga: New Moon" arrives in theaters tomorrow at midnight and your only hope of surviving the onslaught is to sit back and smile. Thankfully, Marvel feels the same way, tapping into the comic fan zeitgeist through its own monsters in the latest "Marvel Super Heroes: What The--?!"

In this week's episode, appropriately titled "Twilight of the Midnight Sons: Twi Harder," an emotional Morbius the Living Vampire is confronted by a loving Bella figure portrayed by none other than Kitty Pryde.

As the couple confronts their angsty (and uncomfortable to fathom) love, Morbius reveals he's been in his "mid to late '30s" for a long, long time and even stops to sparkle in the sun.

I don't want to spoil what happens next, but every Marvel reader knows that where there's vampires, there's a certain fanged hunter.
