The Smartest One There Is: ‘Moon Girl And Devil Dinosaur’ #13 [Preview]
Nobody's smarter than Lunella Lafayette, it turns out. She probably could have told you that back before she met Devil Dinosaur, when "Moon Girl" was just what the other 4th Graders called her as a joke. But as of Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur #13, it turns out to be the actual truth: Moon Girl is the smartest person in the Marvel Universe. And the really weird part has got to be that she now knows it.
It's hard to tell the exact repercussions from an unlettered preview, but Lunella does appear to be calling the shots as she, Devil Dinosaur, and the Hulk fight a whole bunch of monsters, including a pretty cool amphibious-looking gorilla. There's also the mysterious Moon Woman, who the synopsis says we'll learn more about. I'm going to go ahead and guess that she might be Lunella from the future?
Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur #13 is written by Amy Reeder and Brandon Montclare, with art by Natacha Bustos, and comes out November 23.
