Watch ‘Rick and Morty’ Reenact Insane Denver Allen Court Transcript [SDCC 2016]
Rick and Morty has yet to set an official return date for Season 3, likely eyed somewhere toward late 2016, but never you fear for lack of new material. A new video from Comic-Con 2016 has emerged, featuring creator Justin Roiland acting out one of the most insane pre-trial transcripts in recorded history, complete with animation.
The clip in question features Rick as murder defendant Denver Fenton Allen and Morty as Judge J. Bryant Durham, an actual (and wildly NSFW) exchange that recently went viral. Allen repeatedly baits the judge into some of the most juvenile, raunchy back-and-forths possible, so you can imagine how it sounds coming out of Rick’s mouth.
If you don’t believe that this event actually happened (minus Justin Roiland giving voice to it), You can read the actual transcript for yourself here. In the meantime, stay tuned for Rick and Morty Season 3 to announce an official premiere date for 2016 in the coming months.
