So remember how a couple weeks ago, I said that Sonic the Hedgehog continuity was so weird that you could pretty much tell me anything about it and I would have no reason to doubt you? Well buckle up, kids, because our friends at Archie just sent over a preview of their next paperback collection of Sonic stories, and it's a weird one.

Set for release this Wednesday, Sonic vol. 4: Control takes place at least partly in Soumerica, which as I'm sure you know is what South America is known as in the distant future once Earth is known as Mobius and humans have been replaced by cartoon animals, because that is actually what's going on in Sonic the Hedgehog. Oh, and in this particular story, Sonic becomes a werewolf. Er, werehog? Werewolfhog? Listen, it's probably for the best if you just check out the preview below!

BIG CHANGES are coming for SONIC in "CONTROL" When night falls, things get a little hairy! The corrupting energies of Dark Gaia have infected our heroic hedgehog, transforming him into the fearsome Werehog! With his newfound rage and strength unchecked, it's up to his old buddies Mighty and Ray to tame the savage beast! The adventures never end in this all-new thrilling installment in the Sonic graphic novel series! SONIC THE HEDGEHOG VOL. 4: CONTROL collects SONIC THE HEDGEHOG #264-267.
