The Battle With The Eradicator Gets Weird in ‘Superman’ #6 [Preview]
Superman and the Eradicator have an epic fight on and around the moon in Superman #6, by Peter Tomasi, Patrick Gleason, and Mick Gray. Superboy --- that is, Superman's son Jonathon Kent -- is also on hand, although he wisely gets out of the Eradicator's way, and Lois Lane is there too, but this is the Lois that's Superman's wife and Jon's mom, not the one who became Superwoman. Mind you, she does have some Batman armor that enables her to survive in space. There's a lot going on here, clearly.
If you're not reading the series, you may not have heard that a few issues back the Eradicator absorbed the life force of Krypto the Super-Dog, apparently killing him. Like a lot of people, I'm not really into seeing dogs die, especially famous dogs who've been around since 1955, but I am up for them returning unexpectedly, which seems to be whats about to happen as this preview ends. It's a little unclear, and pretty weird-looking, but it's definitely not just Superman's revenge for Krypto, it's Krypto's revenge too.
