Talks have been ramping up about that possibility becoming an actual reality as of late, and it seems our dreams may come true with the news that Guardians of the Galaxy and Captain Marvel screenwriter Nicole Perlman may be working with Gravity Falls' Alex Hirsch on the upcoming adaptation.

It's a good week for fans of Alex Hirsch's Gravity Falls. First, and most importantly, we've gotten the announcement that the Disney Channel is finally bringing us new episodes of Dipper, Mabel and Grunkle Stan's mysterious adventures on February 15, and second, they're starting up the hype with a Flash game on their website...

The Disney Channel's Gravity Falls is probably the best new animated series of the year. The combination of sophisticated storytelling, a creepy over-arching mystery (complete with backwards-masking in the opening, cryptic clues scattered through the episodes and a six-fingered hand on the cover of a forgotten tome), and the genuine emotion of the show's two main characters, Dipper and Mabel, has
