Even More Heroes In A Half-Shell From The TMNT Movie Makeover That Didn’t Happen

What's that you're saying? A peek at Kevin Eastman's concept art from the never-produced fourth live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie wasn't enough for you? (To be fair, with both fifth Turtle Kirby and Evil April, you were always going to want more.) Well, here's some more looks at what could have been, as Eastman's Turtles co-creator Peter Laird shares his redesigns for the main Turtles themselves: Vests! Morphing teeth! Utility belts!
