‘The Legend of Korra – Book 2: Spirit’ Trailer Arrives [SDCC 2013]

Nickelodeon's first trailer for The Legend of Korra - Book 2: Spirit has arrived online, giving fans their first big taste of the Avatar: The Last Airbender sequel's second season. Set to debut in September, Book 2 will begin to more fully explore new Avatar Korra's connection to the spirit world, and its reaction to the technological sprawl of the modern nations.

ScreenCrush got to sample the show's season premiere, along with a sizzle reel at Comic-Con this week and teased a few things fans can expect to see on the new season, including Korra's new Avatar state prowess and Mako's new role in Republic City's police force.

We've also learned that Steven Yeun (The Walking Dead) will join previously announced voice actors John Michael Higgins (Arrested Development) and Aubrey Plaza (Parks and Recreation) as a voice on the show's new season. Yeun will play Wan, the first Avatar, known as the first human to commune with the spirit world.
