Remember that mobile S.H.I.E.L.D. command center from the first Thor movie? The one the titular hero had to break into to get his hammer back? Believe it or not, you may be able to visit one of those later this year.

Well, kinda. On Wednesday, Hero Ventures revealed the design of the 80,000-square-foot traveling complex it will use for The Marvel Experience, a still rather-vague touring show that will include a 4D motion ride, holographic simulations, animated features and more. It's meant to look like one of those S.H.I.E.L.D. command centers, with the largest dome reaching up to six stories in height.

From a Hero Ventures press release:

A maze of connected Domes will lead guests through an array of interactive games and original animated short films including the first- ever traveling motion-based ride, where guests become immersed in this original adventure only found in The Marvel Experience.

Among the members of the concept team behind the design is art director Aaron Sims, who has worked on several films featuring Marvel characters, Steven Spielberg's A.I. and War of the Worlds, and Michael Bay's Transformers.
