Buildup toward the Arrow Season 4 trailer gave us plenty to chew on once The CW unveiled Oliver’s next quest for Star City, but even more footage joins the quiver with a week to go. Meet Echo Kellum’s Mr. Terrific, along with glimpses of Damien Darhk and Hawkman in a new full-length Arrow Season 4 preview!

Like The Flash before it, Arrow Season 4 garnered its own 5+ minute iTunes preview, one unreleased to the internet at large, but available nonetheless to various sources. Apart from a retread of Season 3 footage, the new preview confirms that Legends of Tomorrow will reserve its Hawkeye for the eighth episode of Arrow Season 4, also offering new looks at Curtis Holt (and his Terrific toys), Anarky, and Neal McDonough’s Damien Darhk.

And hey, for good measure, here’s an international promo of Oliver finally picking a color with which to associate his nocturnal activities, along with a number of other heroic beginnings:

So reads the October 7 Arrow premiere synopsis of “Green Arrow”:

MY NAME IS THE GREEN ARROW

Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity’s (Emily Bett Rickards) blissful getaway is cut short when Thea (Willa Holland) and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) pay them a visit and tell Oliver they need his help back in Star City. The city has been attacked by “Ghosts,” assassins led by a dangerous man named Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough). However, when Oliver returns, Diggle (David Ramsey) makes it very clear that he doesn’t want Oliver on the team.

In addition to its Constantine crossover, we know of Arrow Season 4 that the fourth year is expected to somewhat creatively revamp the series after its Season 3 finale saw Oliver retiring the vigilante lifestyle. In addition to a focusing on DC villains H.I.V.E. and Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough), Season 4 will also introduce Rutina Wesley, Parker Young, Jeri Ryan’s Jessica Danforth, J.R. Bourne’s Double Down, Echo Kellum’s Mr. Terrific, Alexander Calvert’s Anarky, and White Canary before her Legends of Tomorrow role.

Apart from Wendy Mericle’s elevation to co-showrunner alongside Marc Guggenheim, we also know that Punisher: War Zone director Lexi Alexander will helm an episode, and both Oliver and Diggle will sport new looks.

Arrow Season 4 will premiere on October 7, but check out the trailers below, and stand by for the latest!
