Halloween is right around the corner, and if you're planning on dressing up in a comics-related costume this year, we want to see it!

Don't get me wrong: We pretty much always want to see the awesome costumes made by our readers, but way more people get in on the act when October 31 rolls around, and we're pretty eager to have a look. So before you head out for trick-or-treating and/or partying, snap a few pictures and send them in that we can make fun of provide relatively non-insulting commentary on them in an article right here at the site!Keep in mind that we're looking specifically for comics-related costumes, or at least ComicsAlliance-related costumes -- and by that, I mean stuff tied into the comics, video games, cartoons and action figures that we cover here on the site, not costumes based on the actual staff. Although, to be honest, if you're planning on dressing up as Zombie David Brothers or Sexy Caleb Goellner next Wednesday, we'd probably like to see that too.

To see the kind of things we're talking about (and the sort of commentary you can look forward to), have a look at our 2010 and 2011 Reader Costume Spooktaculars. We'll be featuring them in an article on Halloween, so try to get your photos in by Monday, October 29 at the latest. Just email them to chris@comicsalliance.com with the subject "Halloween Costumes," and we'll put together an article of our favorites for the world to enjoy!
