Dejected Constantine fans will summon forth a bit of relief with Matt Ryan’s upcoming Arrow appearance next week, but NBC series creator Daniel Cerone will do us one better: The ex-showrunner has revealed an unutilized draft of what would have been Constantine’s 14th episode, if not for cancellation.

Cerone had earlier tweeted his intent to release the script, if fan interest pushed past a certain point. Naturally, it didn’t take fans of the now-defunct DC drama very long, prompting Cerone to unveil “Final Girl.”

Worth noting, Cerone also offered at least some hope that Matt Ryan’s forthcoming Constantine appearance on Arrow could see The CW reconsidering an option to revive it:

In the meantime, so reads the official “Haunted” synopsis:

MATT RYAN REPRISES HIS ROLE AS JOHN CONSTANTINE ON ARROW — When things take a turn for the worse with Sara (guest star Caity Lotz), Oliver (Stephen Amell) calls in a favor from an old friend who deals in the mystical, John Constantine (guest star Matt Ryan). John Badham directed the episode written by Brian Ford Sullivan & Oscar Balderrama
