Following a successful line of Battlestar Galactica comics, Dynamite Entertainment has licensed another popular SyFy franchise, Warehouse 13. While no details have been announced with respect to specific titles or creative teams, it's a safe bet that Dynamite Publisher Nick Barrucci will prodigiously mine the hit show to create a number of different series or miniseries for fans to enjoy.Launched in July of 2009 and starring Saul Rubinek,Eddie McClintock and Joanne Kelly, Warehouse 13 is, according to a press release, the most successful original series in SyFy's history. It tells the story of a group of secret agents and their administration of a massive government facility that stores all the strange and wonderful artifacts of the world.

"We're very excited to be working with our friends at Dynamite Entertainment, again," said Chris Lucero, Director of Global Licensing, NBC Universal Television Consumer Products Group. "With Dynamite's stable of thrilling storytellers and talented artists, we're confident that Warehouse 13 will stand side-by-side with some of the best comics in the industry today."

"Dynamite's Warehouse 13 comic books will be an excellent companion to the TV Show, and I am excited for fans to see what we have up our sleeves!"


Dynamite's first Warehouse 13 comics are expected to debut in concert with the televisions how's third season in the summer of 2011.
