It’s Morphin’ Time With Funko’s New Line Of ‘Power Rangers’ Collectibles

While we here at ComicsAlliance are well aware the Power Rangers never stopped being cool, next year is when everyone else will realize the very same following the release of the upcoming big-screen adaptation of everyone's favorite teenagers with attitude. With nostalgia for the Rangers set to reach an all-time high, Funko is going all in on the classic Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers series with several new lines dedicated to the show.

The big news, as always, is the arrival of a new line of Funko Pops which is a craze that shows no sign of slowing down. The vinyl figures of the Red, White and Pink Rangers are available everywhere, while the metallic variants of the Red and Pink Rangers are available exclusively at Hot Topic. The fourth Pop vinyl, everyone's favorite paranoid android Alpha 5, is available exclusively at Walmart.

In addition to the Pop vinyls, there is also a new line of Dorbz, which will feature the original five Rangers, plus 1:6 metallic chase variants for the Red and Yellow Rangers. A glow-in-the-dark Pink Ranger is available exclusively at Walmart, while the Power Rangers' nemesis Rita Repulsa is exclusive to Toys R Us.

Fans of blind-bag collectibles will want to grab the new line of Pint Sized Heroes, which features not only all the characters mentioned above, but also the likes of Goldar, The Green Ranger and the most expendable of all henchmen, the Putty Patrol. Lastly, the Red, Black, Yellow and Blue Rangers will make an appearance as part of Funko's line of pen toppers because nothing says coolest kid in school like pen toppers.
