It's been awhile since we've checked in on the Marvel Heroes MMO, but Gazillion hasn't slowed its pace at all since opening its closed Beta some months back. Last week saw the release of two lengthy gameplay vids exploring The Raft and similarly recognizable locales from Marvel lore, with playable characters like Black Panther, Storm, Deadpool and others battling their way through all manner of monsters, goons and mechs. On top of the demo and tutorial feast, MH head David Brevik was also on hand for a Marvel Q&A recently, where he assured fans his team was working to make the game more advanced than originally planned, meaning players can count on more powers, hopefully eventual Mac support sometime after the game's initial PC launch, and a voice cast stocked with more than a few familiar voice actors.

Brevik confirmed that Steve Blum would reprise his role as Wolverine in the game, with Hulk alum Fred Tatasciore voicing the Green Goliath and Tara Strong bringing her talents to Squirrel Girl.

Marvel Heroes still doesn't have an official release date, but Brevik did mention that 2013 was just around the corner. With as much content as Gazillion has been showing off, it doesn't seem like they'll be keeping fans waiting too terribly much longer.
