Mattel’s San Diego Comic-Con Exclusives Include Starro And Suitcase Plastic Man
Thanks to Mattel, Iron Man has some competition when it comes to having the coolest suitcase on the superhero circuit.
On last night's episode of "Attack of the Show," Mattel revealed several of their upcoming San Diego Comic-Con exclusive action figures, including a DC Universe Classics incarnation of Plastic Man - a six-inch figure that transforms into a suitcase. That's about all I need to hear to know that this is a worthwhile purchase.
Additionally, Mattel unveiled a DC Infinite Heroes Brave & The Bold JLA First Appearance Set, a tribute to the cover of "Brave & The Bold" #28 with three-inch versions of Aquaman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Martian Manhunter - not to mention a massive Starro figure, of course.
The toy company is also offering a hilarious Masters of the Universe Classics Mo-Larr/Skeletor two-pack based on an episode of "Robot Chicken," as well as a water-activated Orko action figure accompanied by Prince Adam. More exclusives are set to be announced on April 15, with official images debuting on April 16.
