Parting Shot: Versace’s Rejected ‘Judge Dredd’ Costumes Party Like It’s 1995

With the release of Dredd 3D coming up next month, fans of the 2000 AD icon are taking a look back at the... less loved... 1995 Judge Dredd film starring Sylvester Stallone and, yes, Rob Schneider. The movie is principally panned for its plot and tone, with Dredd's uniform among its more -- I guess, tolerated? -- components. Somewhat surprisingly, even this aspect of the movie could've been annihilated by Versace's line of bizarre concept designs, which are somewhat evocative of Box Art Mega Man. You can take a look at some of the unused Judge Dredd movie costume designs up close after the cut.
