Stan Lee Presents the Amazing Das Toyz Stan Lee Figure

Had your fill of sixth-scale figures of Marvel's heroes and villains? Hoping to branch out into collectibles based on the real creators behind the likes of Spider-Man, the X-Men and the Avengers? We've got some good news for you. Soon, you'll be able to add the man himself, Stan Lee, to your collection.

That's right you merry Marvel men and women, Stan Lee is getting his own sixth-scale figure to stand alongside the many characters he helped bring to life. Now you'll have the ability to give him cameos in your curios just like he's had in many of the Marvel Studios films. While he may not come with a postman's outfit or janitor's clothes to fully capture the silver screen Stan, he does come with a rather sharp suit.

Das Toyz Stan Lee will come with a few different accessories, including one mustachioed head and one head with a full beard. Though Stan's best known for his iconic mustache, the man did fashion a beard a few times during his long career. The bearded Stan does look a bit more like John Romita, Sr. than Stan, but when you slap on one of the two different pairs of sunglasses, it's hard to see it as anyone but Mr. Lee. That said, the likeness is fairly close, and certainly captures the legendary outspoken creator's personality rather well.

Even if he doesn't come with any actual Marvel-related items, two of the seven different hands included are sculpted in traditional Spider-Man "thwip" position. Though I suppose you could also turn them so it looked like Stan was throwing up the horns, too. The Stan figure also comes with a watch, a few rings, and a sweater to change up the look if you're into a more business casual Stan.

While the price point might seem a bit high, there will only be 1,000 of these Stan Lee figures made. The Stan Lee figure is available for pre-order now at Go Hero for $249.99, and is expected to arrive during Q3 2015.
