Parting Shot: Beastie Boys Collaborator Mix Master Mike Remixes ‘Teen Titans’ Theme Song For New Show

Premiering on Cartoon Network later this month is Teen Titans Go!, the new series that is both aesthetically and tonally inspired by the network's earlier Teen Titans cartoon. As such, in a nice nod to the previous series, today Cartoon Network debuted the theme song to Teen Titans Go!, a remix of the original show's opening music created by the legendary DJ Mix Master Mike.By nearly any measure, Mix Master Mike is one of the greatest DJs in the history of hip hop, perhaps best known for collaborating on three of the last four Beastie Boys albums: Hello Nasty, To The Five Boroughs, and Hot Sauce Committee Part Two.
