The Walking Dead left the Ricktatorship in a whole new world by the end of Season 5, literally and figuratively, but the benefit of Alexandria walls doesn’t seem to be keeping out the danger. With Comic-Con 2015 up ahead, AMC has released the first Walking Dead Season 6 key art, and the bromance between Rick and Morgan may be put to the test.

AMC today released the first artwork of the new season, soon to be plastered above the San Diego Convention Center, as Rick Grimes and Morgan Jones seem very much at odds. When last we left the pair, Morgan had only just entered Alexandria alongside Daryl and Aaron, finding his former friend standing over the corpse of town resident (and Jessie’s abusive husband) Pete. Oh yes, tension was had.

Thus far of The Walking Dead Season 6, we know that Straight Outta Compton star Corey Hawkins has joined the series in the comic role of Alexandria runner Heath, while additional castings will likely emerge on the road to Comic-Con 2015. Apart from the face-off between Rick and Morgan, Season 6 will also put the mysterious “Wolves” in closer focus, potentially leading to the introduction of comic big bad Negan.

You can check out the full key art below, and stay tuned for the latest on The Walking Dead Season 6 in the weeks to come! Could Rick and Morgan turn out to be enemies after so long?
