Educational Video Games Go Wrong In The ‘Bravest Warriors’ #4 Backup [Preview]
One of my favorite pieces of tech from Bravest Warriors is the team's Holo-John, a Danger Room-meets-Holodeck-meets-bathroom where anything is possible. The animated BW episode "Butter Lettuce" demonstrated the training facility/commode's fun and fantastical side, and Ryan Pequin's "Trivial Reality" backup in next week's Bravest Warriors #4 reveals even more about the room by showing what happens when the team plays an... educational... game within its domed walls. Pequin's backup joins an interior tale by Joey Comeau and Mike Holmes that brings the ongoing series' first arc to its sadness-slaying conclusion. From Boom!'s official solicitation info:
THE NEW SERIES FROM THE CREATOR OF ADVENTURE TIME IS NOW ONGOING! DON'T MISS THE BODACIOUS CONCLUSION TO THE DEBUT ARC!
The Bravest Warriors have to band together to defeat the most nefarious villain of all Sadness, bro! But Sadness isn't going down without a weepy fight!
The totally awesome comic adaptation of the new show from ADVENTURE TIME creator Pendelton Ward!
