The upcoming Vikings: Uprising by Cavan Scott and Daniel Indro delves into the immediate aftermath of the shocking midseason finale of the History Channel's hit drama, and follows Ragnar's ex-wife Lagertha as she flees Paris only to find more bloodshed waiting for her as the slaves revolt. With Vikings: Uprising in stores this week from Titan, ComicsAlliance spoke to Scott and Indro about their process when it comes to tackling an established franchise like Vikings, and the difficult process of getting into the minds of characters with such a barbaric and remorseless approach to life.

In recent years, Alan Martin has resurrected his creation Tank Girl --- created with Gorillaz' Jamie Hewlett --- and given her a second life of sorts at Titan Comics with the help of artist Brett Parson. Next week, Tank Girl returns in a new miniseries titled Tank Girl: Gold, which sees the titular anti-hero coming into a great deal of wealth; the only problem is that it's in the form of Nazi gold.

Warhammer 40,000 fans will get the chance to enjoy a whole new story of gothic cathedral spaceships and soldiers covered in skulls and purity seals thanks to Titan Comics and its new Warhammer 40K comic. It's coming next month from George Mann, Tazio Bettin, Enrica Eren Angiolini, and Rob Steen, and you can check out a preview of it below!

Titan Comics' partnership with renowned noir publisher Hard Case Crime has opened the door for a bevy of fresh new crime comics, and among the first titles to emerge is Peepland, by Christa Faust, Gary Phillips and Andrea Camerini; a look at crime and corruption at mid-'80s Times Square peepshows. Titan has provided us with a look at the first issue, as well as the exclusive reveal of Tomm Coker's variant cover.

Even by the admittedly kooky standards of Doctor Who, the adventures of the Third Doctor are remarkable for their idiosyncrasy. As portrayed by actor Jon Pertwee in the early 1970s, the Third Doctor spent much of his tenure stranded in Britain in a single time period, working alongside the military, rather than travelling across all of time and space. That's the era revisited in the new Doctor Who: New Adventures With The Third Doctor series launching this week from writer Paul Cornell, artist Christopher Jones, and colorist Hi-Fi, with the Doctor trading in his bright blue Tardis for his bright yellow roadster, Bessie. Jones spoke to ComicsAlliance about working with Cornell, and his research as an artist, and shared an exclusive look at the art process from inks to colors.

The focus of Assassin's Creed stories is always with the stabbing, always with the rooftops. Old-fashioned noir is getting a rebirth in comics with the arrival next month of Triggerman, a new series from Hard Case Crime in collaboration with Titan Comics. Written by Matz and Walter Hill, with art by Jef, Triggerman tells the story of a gangland killer who's released from jail for one last job, but all he wants to do is find the woman he loved.

As you may have already heard, Titan Comics is teaming with crime novel publisher Hard Case Crime for a new line of Noir comics this fall. The first two books are Triggerman by Walter Hill, Matz, and Jef, a classic prohibition noir series, and Peepland by Christa Faust, Gary Phillips, and Andrea Camerini, a punk-inflected neo-noir set in the world of sex work. Hard Case and Titan have now revealed the covers for the second issues of these books, which will have three covers apiece.

Titan Comics is constantly curating its publishing line-up to truly provide comics for every kind of reader, whether it's fans of crime, horror, video games or even experimental European graphic novels. Next year, Titan will release an English language edition of Junko Mizuno's critically acclaimed Ravina The Witch?

This year, Titan Comics have been killing it with its line of licensed titles, especially when it comes in to video game tie-ins. Titan's line of Assassin's Creed comics have been going from strength to strength, and the publisher now hopes to duplicate that success with the launch of a new Dishonored comic by Gordon Rennie and Andrea Olimpieri.
