Did You Catch the ‘Daredevil’ and ‘Damage Control’ Easter Eggs in ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’?
Say what you will about a lacking connections between Marvel’s various live-action properties, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Netflix’s Daredevil have consistently managed to work in winking references to one another. Did you catch tonight’s “Watchdogs” shout-out to the Punisher’s rampage, or setup for new series Damage Control? See for yourself!
No, neither Matt Murdock nor Frank Castle managed to drop by the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. tonight, but it looks as if their respective antics have at least started to make the news. Early into tonight’s “Watchdogs,” a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it crawl on a news broadcast read “GANG WAR RAGES IN HELL’S KITCHEN. AUTHORITIES SEARCHING FOR SOLUTION.”

That might be Marvel’s way of saying that the pilot is on its way, but oh, what fun the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. had coloring within Marvel lines tonight. What other easter eggs should we expect in the back half of Season 3?
