The Flash sped out miles’ worth of Season 2 intel this past weekend at Comic-Con 2015, but fans of the CW speedster have leagues of unanswered questions from Season 1 finale “Fast Enough.” New set photos from The Flash Season 2 may not necessarily answer those questions, but certainly raise a host of new ones!

Following The Flash cast’s return post-Comic-Con, YVR Shoots caught our first look at Vancouver filming in action, even if the presumed events of “The Man Who Saved Central City” don’t answer very many questions of Barry’s post-wormhole fate. For one, Central City seems to be celebrating a “Flash Day,” which might make sense, should Barry have succeeded in closing Central City’s black hole, but given we never saw an explicit conclusion, or that we know another Earth-2 Flash to enter the mix, it’s hard to make heads or tails of what we’re seeing.

Not only that, but the same cameras also caught Grant Gustin’s Barry tangling with an as-yet-unidentified villain, somewhat non-descript as a masked man with a dark coat and hood.

Elsewhere, we know of The Flash Season 2 that The Messengers alum Shantel VanSanten will guest as DC character and Barry’s new love interest Patty Spivot, joining Masters of Sex alum Teddy Sears as Golden Age speedster Jay Garrick and Season 2 big bad Zoom. We’ll also meet fellow Flash Wally West, and see the returns of Gorilla Grodd, Captain Cold and Golden Glider, the latter two of which will explore their family dynamic before setting up DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

What other secrets of The Flash Season 2 will emerge before its October 6 premiere? Keep it here to find out!
