Check Out This Cool Homemade Version Of The ‘Batman’ ’66 Title Sequence [Video]
It's the brand new Internet trend of late-summer 2013: Making your own versions of the 1966 Batman TV series' opening credits, a phenomenon I'm dubbing "Westing." (Maybe we can call the Jeff Parker-written Batman '66 comic part of the trend, too.)
We already saw a stop-motion version using action figures, and now the filmmakers at Cinefix have created a version of their own featuring low-rent costumes and a lot of cardboard. It's a hoot, not unlike when they recreated the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie trailer. Check out the video and a comparison to the real, animated credits sequence below!
