From the moment he first appeared on screen, Pedro Pascal was an instant favorite on Game of Thrones, and while we won’t be seeing him on the hit HBO series again, he could very well become an instant favorite in another franchise — the actor formerly known as the Red Viper is joining Kingsman: The Golden Circle, where he’ll hopefully show off more of those deadly sword skills.

Deadline reports that Pascal will play a character named Jack Daniels, so feel free to start cracking jokes about how thirsty you are or whatever. Pascal’s Jack is described as a “swaggering, sharpshooting cowboy” and an agent of the American version of the Kingsman service known as Statesman, headed up by Halle Berry.

That’s where Taron Egerton’s Eggsy and Mark Strong’s Merlin relocate after a deadly attack on Kingsman HQ. The sequel also features a new villain named Poppy, played by Julianne Moore, and with Colin Firth pretty much confirmed to return, Kingsman: The Golden Circle is now officially the A Single Man reunion we always wanted. In addition to Firth, Kingsman: The Golden Circle features another surprising return, as Edward Holcroft will also reprise his role as the antagonistic Charlie from the first film.

Matthew Vaughn is directing Kingsman: The Golden Circle, which is currently set for a June 16, 2017 release.
