This week, we finally hit a newly rebooted Sonic universe, and if you were worried that we wouldn't have any more mind-boggling scenarios or unanswered questions, then friend, I have some good news for you.

When Monkeybrain Comics launched, it did so with Edison Rex as its flagship title. Created by Chris Roberson and Dennis Culver, with colors by Stephen Downer and letters by John J. Hill, it told the story of a Lex Luthor analogue forced to face the question, "What now?" after finally defeating his arch-nemesis. The creative team have now announced that Edison Rex will be serialized from the beginning as a webcomic --- and once it catches up to the most recent issues, it will continue online with new stories.

Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice is in theaters worldwide right now, and whether you loved or hated it, it's certainly an interesting take on The Caped Crusader and The Man of Tomorrow. A great many independent comics have taken the core ideas of Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and other iconic characters and given them a unique spin that could only be explored outside the confines of DC Comics mainstream continuity. As you may have heard, Archie is relaunching their flagship title in July, bringing an end to what has been the longest continuously published American comic that has never been rebooted, after 666 issues.
