Between its new animated feature, launching The Simpsons sets and about a dozen other things, LEGO's got a lot going on this year. That's why it's a bit surprising to know that there won't just be one line of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles LEGO sets this year, but two. Sets based on the upcoming live action/CGI hybrid TMNT film are in the works, of course, but are still largely shrouded in mystery. Box art for more sets based on Nickelodeon's CG animated series have surfaced, though, and... well, those are probably the ones most fans are going to be the most excited about.

Four new TMNT sets will join the previously released Nickelodeon style assortment, including "Karai Bike Escape," "Turtle Sub Undersea Chase," "Mutation Chamber Unleashed" and "T-Rawket Sky Strike." All four sets pit one or two of the Green Machines against human, mutant and/or Kraang foes, with vehicles being the centerpiece of most of the conflicts (with the exception of the Mutation Chamber set with Spider Bytez).

The three movie sets that we haven't quite seen yet bear the names "Turtle Van Takedown, "Big Rig Snow Getaway" and "Turtle Lair Invasion." We'll have our eyes peeled for those online at next month at Toy Fair 2014 in New York City.
