By now you’re well-aware that Captain America: Civil War is arriving in just a few weeks, and though we’ve seen a good amount of footage via trailers, TV spots and photos, there’s still one character we’ve yet to meet: the villainous Baron Zemo, played by Daniel Bruhl. Marvel has finally provided a look at Civil War’s big bad (who doesn’t look so big or bad), along with a few new images and four (yes, four) magazine covers.

Civil War took over the latest special issue of Entertainment Weekly, with four magazine covers touting the warring Avengers along with Ant-Man and Black Panther. Speaking of which, one of the new photos features Chadwick Boseman’s T’Challa in civilian clothing — something we hadn’t yet seen. There are also some great pics of Anthony Mackie’s Falcon and Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man assembled with the team, but the real news here (aside from Vision’s sick sweater game) is the photo of Bruhl’s Baron Zemo.

Typically depicted as a big guy with a purple mask, Civil War’s version of Baron Zemo is markedly…different — at least in this photo, anyway. Our Marvel heroes will be keeping themselves plenty busy fighting amongst one another, so it’s unclear just how big Bruhl’s part is in the titular battle. Here he looks like one of those corporate contractors hired to fire a bunch of people, or maybe an insurance agent going over the particulars of a will.

We’ll find out what his deal is soon enough when Captain America: Civil War hits theaters on May 6.
