Despite resting up for Thanksgiving, The Flash will have plenty beyond turkey on his plate in the coming weeks, first kicking off the Legends of Tomorrow crossover (potentially with a shark-sized big bad). The final hour of 2015 may bring even more DC goodness however, returning Mark Hamill as the Trickster alongside Liam McIntyre’s Weather Wizard, and even introducing its version of fellow speedster Wally West.

The CW released its official description for December 8 outing “Running to Stand Still,” which sees a breakout at Iron Heights responsible for yet another Rogues teamup. We’ll also get our first look at Keiynan Lonsdale as DC Flash successor Wally West, though no telling if we’ll see the famed speedster in motion just yet.

MARK HAMILL, WENTWORTH MILLER AND LIAM MCINTYRE RETURN; KEIYNAN LONSDALE JOINS THE CAST AS WALLY WEST

When Mark Mardon AKA The Weather Wizard (guest star Liam McIntyre) returns to break Leonard Snart AKA Captain Cold (guest star Wentworth Miller) and James Jesse AKA The Trickster (guest star Mark Hamill) out of Iron Heights, Barry (Grant Gustin) must stop these rogues from taking over Central City during Christmas. Meanwhile, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Iris (Candice Patton) meet Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale).

Of course, the presence of Captain Cold suggests that we might yet have more Legends of Tomorrow setup in our future, while Mark Hamill will certainly be having a busy December. In the meantime, check out the latest trailers below, and stay tuned for more from The Flash Season 2.
