Lego let loose a variety of Marvel and DC Universe minifigures back during San Diego Comic-Con this summer and it seems that now, at New York Comic Con, the toymaker has found a few of them proper homes in sets slated to roll out in 2013. On the Marvel Super Heroes side of things, Lego is bringing Disney XD's Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon to life with a "Spider-Man: Daily Bugle Showdown" scene consisting of a 3-story DB and aircraft, plus minifigs of Beetle, Nova, J. Jonah Jameson, Doctor Doom and Spidey minifigs. For DC fans, Lego will offer "The Bat v. Bane: Tumbler Chase" set, which consists of 368 very The Dark Knight Rises bricks and Batman, Bane and Commissioner Gordon minifigs.

It's pretty dope to see that Lego Bane has taken the liberty of turning his mask into an iconic symbol adorning his remodeled Tumbler. Mostly, though, it's just nice to know children of all ages will soon have a tiny plastic reminder to do their most obnoxious version of the Bane voice as they trounce a sprawling brick toy Gotham of their own design.
