The Inhumans

It’s hard to say when exactly Marvel will look to drum up promotion for its ABC Inhumans, but a September IMAX premiere is fast approaching. As such, Marvel’s royal family is getting their ducks in a row, debuting a new logo teaser to bring us one step closer to a premiere date.

Marvel and ABC’s The Inhumans has gone before cameras for the better part of a week now, and until the IMAX production comes forth with any official teases, most looks at the super-powered race have come off-set. Sneak a peek at Medusa, Crystal (and maybe Maximus?) in the latest photos!

As tends to be the case with major casting announcements, Marvel and ABC got ahead of The Inhumans curve to reveal its major players before they could be identified on set by prying fans. That said, pry away into Black Bolt’s costume, and a CG Lockjaw stand-in with these first photos!

It’s Friday, meaning Marvel’s ABC Inhumans is out of weekdays for major castings like Karnak, Medusa, Black Bolt or Maximus, but never fear. Not only has the full cast been revealed to include our Crystal, Gorgon, Triton and more, but you can bet on tons of fun from the teleporting Lockjaw.

We do hope you’ve not grown tired of Marvel’s ABC Inhumans after the rapid-fire castings of Medusa, Black Bolt and Maximus, as the Royal Family is only growing. LOST alum Ken Leung has found Karnak’s weak point, suiting up as the latest member of the ABC-IMAX drama.

Marvel’s Royal Family is significantly expanding in volume. Just one day after ABC’s The Inhumans found a Black Bolt to complement Game of Thrones star Iwan Rheon as Maximus, Medusa is letting down her hair. The ABC-IMAX drama has found its Inhuman queen, as Serinda Swan joins the cast.

Marvel’s The Inhumans proved it was starting to get serious with the addition of Game of Thrones star Iwan Rheon as Maximus, but there’s no more serious than the King himself. The ABC-IMAX drama has found its mute hero in Hell on Wheels alum Anson Mount, playing the famous Black Bolt.

Game of Thrones had so much fun with Iwan Rheon in a nefarious and regal role, so why would Marvel’s The Inhumans want any different? The ABC-IMAX drama has its first star, as Rheon joins Marvel’s Royal Family as brother to Black Bolt, the dastardly Maximus.

Marvel’s The Inhumans TV series has a relatively quick turnaround to make a September theatrical release, and as such, will need to be in production by at least spring. We’ve already landed a director for the first installments, while new reports place filming partially in Hawaii.

News of Marvel’s ABC-IMAX The Inhumans series was quickly followed by curious distinctions that a separate movie might still make it onto the MCU slate. That’s certainly what the sometime-attached Vin Diesel would prefer, as the Guardians of the Galaxy star says he has a mind to talk to Marvel about fixing their plans.
