The Brothers Mario: ‘Grand Theft Auto’ Meets ‘Super Mario Bros.’ [Video]

It is probably fair to say that we have a tendency to throw around the word "awesome" kind of a lot here. But seriously you guys have to see this. It is, for real, totally f*cking awesome. The creators of the memorably awesome Power Rangers spoof Megabot have returned with a transcendently awesome new video called The Brothers Mario that reimagines the Super Mario Bros. in the idiom of Grand Theft Auto. Created by manipulating the graphical assets of the GTA games and replacing them with custom models, animations and voice samples, The Game Station have outdone themselves with a trailer that is almost as dramatically compelling as it is funny (and awesome).
