Yesterday's passing of John Hughes has fans everywhere remembering his impressive body of work that included such iconic films as "Ferris Bueller's Day Off," "Sixteen Candles," "Pretty in Pink," and "National Lampoon's Vacation." But artist Cliff Chiang remembers the writer, producer and director in a way only a member of the comic book community can at his Web site:

There's a clever and touching writeup on Chiang's site breaking down how each of the original Teen Titans complements the stars of Hughes' 1985 generation-shaping "The Breakfast Club."

DC should really get on printing some of these if the lawyers can make it happen.
