‘Deadpool’ Photos Show Off Negasonic Teenage Warhead’s X-Men Uniform, Dusty Angel Dust

Surprise! More new Deadpool photos have arrived online. Although the 12 Days of Deadpool came to an end with the red and green band trailers on Christmas Day, even more photos and details from the Merc With a Mouth’s R-rated solo outing have been popping up daily since then, with the latest batch of photos showing off an X-Men connection and a very dusty Angel Dust.

Empire debuted the new photos from the upcoming film, which you can see below. There’s a familiar shot from the trailers, with Ryan Reynolds’ titular anti-hero walking alongside Brianna Hildebrand’s Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Colossus; Gina Carano’s Angel Dust having seemingly just bitten a bit of the ol’ dust; and the final photo features Hildebrand sporting a familiar-looking uniform:

We’ve glimpsed that uniform in the trailers, but here you can get a better look at the big X on her arm, which indicates a connection to the X-Men…or to New Mutants, the upcoming X-Men universe film from The Fault in Our Stars director Josh Boone. Could Hildebrand reprise her Negasonic role in that film?

Deadpool also stars Morena Baccarin as Copycat, T.J. Miller as Weasel and Ed Skrein as Ajax, and hits theaters on February 12, 2016.
