Hello, movie fan. Have you started assembling a holiday wish list for the year 2015? Well, you can start right now because a Blu-ray box set assembling the collected works of legendary animation director Hayao Miyazaki is on the way and you’re definitely going to want this one. In addition to every feature film he has directed, the set will also include various special features as well as Miyazaki’s early television work.

The details on the set come to us from The Nerdist. The Collected Works of Hayao Miyazaki will arrive on November 17, 2015 and it will be an Amazon exclusive. Naturally, it will come in large, very pretty-looking package that will also include a hardcover book titled The Great Dichotomy: Looking at the Works of Hayao Miyazaki that will explore “...the themes and techniques of this revered Japanese filmmaker, and selected text from Hayao Miyazaki’s initial notes and creative proposals for the production of each film.”

The centerpiece of the set will by Miyazaki’s 11 feature films, many of which are masterpieces and all of which are worth seeing: Lupin the Third: The Castle of Cagliostro, Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, Castle in the Sky, My Neighbor Totoro, Kiki’s Delivery Service, Porco Rosso, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle, Ponyo, and The Wind Rises. For the hardcore fans and completionists, the box will also include Miyazaki’s 1972 TV pilot Yuki’s Sun and episodes of the 1972 anime series Little Samurai, which the filmmaker storyboarded.

As complete as this set is, it will soon be slightly outdated as Miyazaki plans to release a new short film, his first deep dive into 3D animation, in a few years. But that’s a pretty great problem to have.
