‘Marvel Vs. Capcom 3′ Showcases More Super Skrull and Thor Action [Video]

Dormammu and Viewtiful Joe made a splash last week as the newest playable characters in “Marvel Vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds,” but now the camera’s broadened its focus to show the new kids playing with the rest of the cast. In two new videos from Capcom, Thor and the Super Skrull get new screentime showing off their powers in the ever-widening context of this coming spring’s hotly anticipated title. In the videos, fans can catch new in-game footage of two matches. First up is Thor, Dormammu and Iron Man squaring off against Viewtiful Joe, Dante and Amaterasu. The second match pairs Dormammu with more likely allies in the villainous Doctor Doom and Super Skrull and pits them against Viewtiful Joe, Chris Redfield and Chun-Li. Marvel fans might not love the outcome of the first bout, but the Super Skrull edges out the competition in a way that might even make you root for his wrinkly chin.
