First ‘Powers’ TV Pilot Image Of Jason Patric As Detective Walker Surfaces

Powers fans can finally FX’s upcoming Detective Christian Walker in action. In a profile about Chicago’s place as a character in the superpowered police procedural world of Powers, the Sun Times has debuted Jason Patric firing off a round, Walker-style. This marks the first release of an official image from the TV pilot, based on the comics by Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming.Powers is still technically in the pilot stage, meaning there’s still no guarantee the drama will be picked up to air for a full season come June 2012, but with its cast of Patric (Christian Walker), Lucy Punch (Deena Pilgrim), Charles S. Dutton (Captain Cross), Titus Welliver (Triphammer) and Carly Foulkes (Retro Girl), things seem to be rolling smoothly for the adaptation.
