Last night’s Flash outing finally introduced us to Season 3's big bad “Savitar,” a hulking self-described “God of Speed” that last had Barry pinned against the wall. His lightning movements made the CG character difficult to see at first, but one small detail raises an interesting question, and might just upend Cisco’s prophesied “Vibe” about Caitlin becoming an evil “Killer Frost.”

This week, Wally is tempted by the dark side, Caitlin is frightened of what she might become, and The Flash fights an actual shadow, because hey, if you have a theme, why be subtle about it? "Shade" was directed by JJ Makaro and written by Emily Silver and David Kob.

As promised, Tuesday’s The Flash finally delivered a first look at the hulking “God of Motion” producers have been teasing all year, as “Savitar” made his big bad debut. Check out a first look at the high-concept CG creation from “Shade,” and find out what it means for Barry!

Kevin Smith’s first Flash episode “The Runaway Dinosaur” ended up a rather emotional affair, but our first look at “Killer Frost” is anything but tearful. Instead, Caitlin seems to be running white-hot (or white-cold) in our first photos of the final pre-crossover outing.

There’s going to be quite a bit to take in when Supergirl, Flash, Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow all get together for one epic crossover, and The CW isn’t shy about showing off the goods. Meet the alien Dominators threatening Earth in an extended, spoiler-iffic trailer for the four-night event!

Five episodes in, we don’t have the strongest handle on The Flash Season 3's big bads, between the enigmatic Dr. Alchemy, and a speedster deity we’ve yet to formally mention aloud. Fortunately, producers reveal exactly when we’ll meet the dreaded “Savitar,” as well gain a look under Alchemy’s mask.

If there’s one thing Supergirl got shortchanged on, it’s hanging out with all the various heroes of The CW’s DC dramas. No longer, as our first new crossover “Invasion!” footage features Kara Zor-El blissfully meeting the heroes and Legends of another universe.

We’ve seen a flicker or two of footage from the combined mights of Supergirl, Flash, Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow, but nothing concrete before the week of November 28. Now, new photos from the four-part event show us some of the action, along with a surprise return, and one seriously expansive cast.

Before anyone had ever argued over whether Wally West was better than Barry Allen, let alone whether Wally West was better than the other Wally West, there was a simpler time when there was only one Flash, Jay Garrick, debuting in the first issue of Flash Comics, published on November 10, 1939.

The CW has managed to keep most footage of its four-way crossover between Supergirl, Flash, Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow under wraps, but as we’ve long known, you don’t get this many superheroes together without a little friction. So it is, that new reports tease how the Dominators will potentially pit the CW’s DC heroes against one another.
