Building on the success of his first 1958 appearance in the pages of "Batman" #113 along with his more recent split personality-based cameo in Grant Morrison's "Batman R.I.P" storyline, the Batman of Zurr En Arrh will finally hit the small screen on a February 12 episode of "Batman: The Brave and the Bold."

I, for one, am incredibly pleased. Pleased enough to recolor the Dark Knight in his variant duds.

In the episode, titled "The Super-Batman of Planet X" the Caped Crusader winds up landing on the distant planet of Zurr En Arrh where he meets his surprisingly souped-up doppelganger. Like any good superman, however, this Bats has a super weakness, which is discovered by the evil Rhotul when the two Batman team up.

I'm pretty certain the two will overcome evil as is the style of the show, but that doesn't stymie my excitement. Not one bit.

I just wonder if there'll be any strange graffiti in the alleyways of Zurr En Arrh...
