New 'Iron Fist' Photos Reveal a 'Jessica Jones' Return

We’re officially one month closer to the Netflix debut of Marvel’s Iron Fist, and ahead of a new trailer, Danny Rand’s world is starting to open up. See for yourself in new photos, as some Jessica Jones and Daredevil favorites return, kicking off the crossover that inevitably builds to The Defenders.

You’re warned of some light spoilers for Iron Fist from here on out, but new photos see Danny (Finn Jones) apparently lawyering up with comic Rand attorney Jeri Hogarth (Carrie-Anne Moss), likely to facilitate his return to the Rand corporation, as seen in a press conference. We also get a new look at Claire (Rosario Dawson), who can’t seem to spit in New York City without hitting a potential superhero.

Now set for a March 2017 premiere, so reads the Iron Fist synopsis:

Returning to New York City after being missing for years, Daniel Rand fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his incredible kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.

Elsewhere, following the addition of Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing, Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth, Jessica Stroup as Joy Meachum and David Wenham as Harold Meachum, past breakdowns also suggested Iron Fist would cast the roles of Shang Chi and “Steel Serpent.” Scott Buck will showrun Iron Fist, while Jessica Jones writer Scott Reynolds will also have a hand on the creative side, and a list of directors has been announced (including RZA!).
