The New Vampirella Is… Moondragon?

The latest promo image of "Vampirella: The Second Coming" from Harris Publications teases an all-new, all-different (aside from the signature costume) Vampirella illustration by Bon Alimagno.

But is it really an all-new vamp? Or could it simply be a stand-in from another universe? The bald head, alien vibe and stripper outfit seem awfully familiar...
