The X-Men have been through a number of mutations (both literal and figurative) over the years, but Dwain Smith's take applies what's surely the most...uh... ocular oddity on the team's aesthetic thus far. At X-Men With Googly Eyes, Smith tops various comic book covers from the X-Men stable of titles with those awesome craft store googly eyes you might have glued to construction paper or whatever in elementary school. The results of this artistic experiment are suitably hilarious and transform classics like the Days of Future Past trade paperback and X-Men #1, as well as newer titles like Generation Hope, this past summer's Fear Itself tie-ins and Wolverine and the X-Men into testaments to Tumblr comedy.
