As you -- or your children, depending on your life -- open up your presents to reveal awesome toys this holiday season, it's worth watching this righteous rant by young Riley, who has a few questions for the marketing tactics of toy companies. Namely why they're so obsessed with gender-coding products (rather than, say, letting some of them be more neutral) that kids like her are left with the not-so-subtle feeling that they "have to" stick to with their designated toys, even if the cool ones they really want are the "wrong" color. "Why do all the girls have to buy princesses?" Riley asks indignantly. "Some girls like superheroes!" Preach it, kiddo.

For all the girls out there who like superheroes (and the boys who like My Little Ponies), this one's for you. Merry Christmas.
