Weird Taiwanese Parody Video of ‘The Dark Knight’ Involves Inception, S&M [Video]

I’m no expert, but given the wave of batsh*t insane CG animated shorts they’ve produced, Taiwan’s Next Media Animation must surely be their nation’s #1 meme exporter. They put a decidedly strange superhero spin on the Late Night War of 2010, chronicled the injuries of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark and now they’ve set their sights on Batman with a confounding Dark Knight Rises parody video. At least… we think it’s a parody?

Fans have been looking forward to Christopher Nolan’s third and final installment of his Batman movie trilogy for its psychological drama and physical conflict with Bane. In the world of NMA, however, plummeting Wayne Industries stock prices push Bruce Wayne into working retail at a kind of Wal-Mart and he’s defeated by his foes in combat. But was it all a dream? Will a batarang totem protect him from inception? And what’s with this bedroom scene with Catwoman and Robin? Take in the madness after the jump. Just don’t blame us if you have to call your therapist afterward.
