Look, before you say anything, I'm tired of hearing about Justin Bieber too. We are all tired of hearing about Justin Bieber. And were I not literally paid to be on the internet, I would mostly be avoiding it like the plague until people found more interesting things to talk about.
But at least one good thing has come out of this: Bieber's mugshot, taken after his arrest in Miami for driving under the influence, has been drawn by none other than the great Kyle Baker, the multiple Eisner-Award winning creator behind such works as Why I Hate Saturn, The Cowboy Wally Show and Plastic Man, and the (self-proclaimed) Greatest Cartoonist Of All Time. So, at least Bieber has that going for him.
Three years ago, Bluewater Productions switched to a business model that was almost entirely supported by slipshod unauthorized biographies of celebrities, so it should come as no surprise that they've hopped on the money train with a comic about Justin Bieber...
