Kevin Smith will return to the DC TV-verse a third time for Supergirl’s 2017 premiere, and he’s brought Harley Quinn with him. Not that Harley Quinn, mind you, but his daughter, who forms the centerpiece of a new synopsis for our “Supergirl Lives” midseason premiere.

The first full trailer for Arrow’s 2017 return answered a big question about the winter cliffhanger, but Prometheus’ identity will continue to haunt us as Season 5 wears on. That’s no more evident than in the first photos and synopsis for January premiere “Who Are You,” as Felicity may steer Oliver toward revenge against the masked villain.

Among the myriad questions Arrow Season 5 still has to answer in 2017, the mystery of Prometheus’ identity may take us to a previously-inaccessible corner of the Batman universe. We know we’ll finally meet Ra’s al Ghul’s daughter Talia, but what might she have to do with the newest big bad to Star City? Allow producers to explain:

Legends of Tomorrow likely had the most cleanup after the four-way crossover, though winter finale “The Chicago Way” did manage to catch us up with Rip Hunter; albeit a very different Rip than we remember. Now, the 2017 return trailer teases a more fully-formed Legion of Doom, with a dumbstruck Rip as their prisoner.
