Look, everybody: If you announce that you're doing a WWE comic that's written by my all-time favorite wrestler, Mick Foley, then I'm already going to buy it. You don't need to add anything else, like, say, a cover that's an homage to Fantastic Four #51's classic "This Man, This Monster" featuring CM Punk in the role of the ever-lovin' blue-eyed Thing. That's just going over the top. And yet, that's exactly what the folks at Papercutz have done for their upcoming series, and it's not the only one.

Check out the variant covers for WWE #1 below, featuring pretty awesome stuff like Dean Haspiel doing an homage to Jack Kirby's Captain America vs. Daredevil art from Daredevil #43, but with Kane and Triple H. It's everything I've ever wanted.
