Telltale's video game tie-in to Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore and Charlie Adlard's The Walking Dead wrapped up its first season with episode five's No Time Left - or so we thought. As it turns out, there are still four-hundred days of the zombie apocalypse left to explore.

Sony announced at E3 that Telltale and Skybound Entertainment have once again teamed up for another chapter in their award-winning TWD video game adaptation. Titled The Walking Dead: 400 Days, the upcoming chapter is an all-new DLC episode tied to season one, though it appears to focus on characters who haven't yet been introduced in the Telltale game.

Described as "an all-new episode featuring five stories of survival," little else is known about the story and characters of The Walking Dead: 400 Days. The original Telltale series closed out with only a few characters able to shift over to a second season; whether or not we'll see any such cameos in 400 Days, or if we're now being asked to get used to these new characters as our season two protagonists, is completely unclear.

The Walking Dead: 400 Days will be released on every platform the original series was available on. There's no hard release-date, but Telltale is estimating a July 2013 release.
