Chris Sims: Hello everyone, and welcome back to our series of in-depth reviews of movies based on comics. This week, though, we're doing something a little different! With Christmas just around the corner, we wanted to hit something holiday-themed, and while we debated checking out the Star Wars Holiday Special or one of the three - three! - Christmas episodes of Lois and Clark, we eventually found something that interested us a little more. Matt Wilson: Our choice came down to continuing our '90s trend with the Christmas episode of The Mask cartoon or the Christmas episode of the 1970s Wonder Woman TV show. Only one of these choices, Wonder Woman, had Frank Gorshin in a guest-starring role, so we went with that one.

The golden age of the costume hoodie seems to be drawing toward its inevitable decline as one manufacturer embraces what may very well be the future of more-casual-than-but-also-maybe-more-intense-than-cosplay superhero fashion: Costume backpacks. Leading the way in this potential timeline are Batman and Wonder Woman'packs manufactured by BioWorld Merchandising, known for producing novelty apparel like belt buckles, t-shirts and the aforementioned costume hoodies based on scads of major pop culture properties.

Entertainment and 5th Cell Media confirmed April's rumors of a Scribblenauts/DC Comics title in a big way in May with the official announcement of Scribblenauts Unmasked and a corresponding trailer and set of screen shots demonstrating protagonist Maxwell's future adventures with the heroes and villains of the DCU powered by his noun-manifesting magical notebook. They didn't stop there, though, sharing evermore preview images across social media, giving players a broader look at Scribblenauts-ified DC characters and locations, plus gameplay functionality unique to game such as the game's Super Hero Creator module and Batcomputer.
